Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
First published in 2014, the illustrated editions of the Harry Potter books took The U.K. and U.S. by storm. With a book promised every year, audiences were captivated by the original illustrations by Jim Kay throughout the entire novel for the first time. Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone feature the bright red steam engine we all know and love right on the cover. With a variety of new images throughout the book, Jim Kay brought what we have all imagined since 1997 to life in a completely different way.
This signed book by Jim Kay was captured on his first U.K. tour in the promotion of the book. The book also features a "signed by the illustrator" sticker. While "a book a year" was initially promised, it appears that the next book in the series, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, won't be making an appearance until 2019.
